Acts of the Apostles
Join us in our current preaching series as we make our way through the Books of Acts. Acts picks up where the Gospel of Luke leaves us. Jesus Christ has died on the cross, but has been resurrected from the dead. He appears to his disciples and tells them to wait in Jerusalem for the arrival of the Holy Spirit. Jesus ascends to his Father in Heaven and commissions his followers to be his witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the end of the Earth.
The Holy Spirit comes and the first disciples of Jesus Christ take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and begin to take it to the end of the Earth.
Come and worship as we learn together about God's will for us today from his acts through the apostles in the earliest days of the expansion of his Kingdom on earth.

Characters from the First Christmas

Is the Church Really that Important?
We live in an age where Christians increasingly find it popular to disregard the importance of the local church. Is participation and membership in a local church important? Is it God's will that all his children, who are a part of the Universal church, be involved in the life of a local church? In this sermon series, we will examine the role of the local church in the life of a Christian. We will identify and examine the chief activities a local church must practice in order to qualify as a local church.
Our chief prayer in this series is that we would see the church through the eyes of Jesus.
